Dr. Joseph Ceimo
Dr. Ceimo earned a B.S. degree in Biology at Saint Peter's College, New Jersey.  He received his
M.D. degree from
New York Medical College and did his pediatric training there and at North Shore University Hospital, an affiliate of
New York University Medical School.  Dr. Ceimo helped open a pediatric outpatient department at Saint Vincent
Hospital in Cleveland, and worked with adolescents at the local juvenile detention facility.  He has been a pediatrician in
Phoenix for a number of years.  You can recognize his office as the one with all the toys and clocks! 
Dr. Ceimo enjoys hiking, and spending time with his family and his bulldogs.



Dr. Sara Velazquez Kertz 
Dr. Kertz received an Honors
B.S. degree in Microbiology from the University of Rochester in New York, and graduated
medical school from Kansas City University of Medicine & Biosciences in 1998. 
She was an intern at OSU/Tulsa,
and completed her pediatric residency at St. Joseph's Hospital Children's Medical Center. 
Her medical interests include asthma, genetic disorders, gastrointestinal disorders, nutrition, and infectious diseases. 
She is very passionate about vaccinating and protecting children.  Dr. Kertz is married, and loves spending time with her toddler!

                  

Dr. Vinay Kwatra

Dr. Vinay Kwatra grew up in Des Moines, Iowa, where he earned a B.A. degree in Biology from Drake University.  He graduated
from medical school from Des Moines University in 1997.  Dr. Kwatra then moved to Detroit, Michigan, and completed his
pediatric residency at Henry Ford Hospital.  His last stop in the midwest was Chicago, Illinois, where he worked as a pediatric
hospitalist, then as an associate medical director at Pediatric Urgent Care  at Children's Memorial Hospital.  Dr. Kwatra
moved to Phoenix in 2003, and initially worked in the pediatric emergency department at John C. Lincoln Hospital's Mendy's Place.
 He joined Paradise Pediatrics in 2005, and is married with one child.  When not here, he enjoys spending time with
his family.  You can also find him either attending or playing any number of outdoor and indoor sports.

 
Dr. Melissa Redleaf
Dr. Redleaf graduated with honors from Washington University in St. Louis in 1987, and
Washington University School of Medicine in 1991.  She was awarded the Positive Image award by the
People's Clinic in St. Louis for community service.  She completed her pediatric residency at the
University of Rochester Strong Memorial Hospital.  Dr. Redleaf has been practicing pediatrics in Phoenix since 1994. 
Her special interests include adolescent medicine, children with special healthcare needs,
ADHD, autism, and obesity treatment.  She is married with 2 teen-aged children. 
Her main hobby is nagging her children, but she also enjoys traveling, reading, and aerobics classes.


Dr. Michael Stamps
Dr. Michael Stamps graduated medical school from Texas Tech University Health Science Center.
 He completed both internship and residency at Phoenix Hospitals Affiliated Pediatric Program.
 Dr. Stamps has been in practice since 1985.
